Uploading Your Documents
From time to time, we may ask you to provide supporting information, such as proof of address, proof of No Claims Discount, or other policy-related documents.
This video explains how to log in, select the relevant policy, and view any outstanding document requests. You’ll see how to check what’s required, upload one or more files from your device, and submit them online.
Once your documents have been uploaded, you’ll receive confirmation and our team will review them as soon as possible. If anything further is needed, we’ll let you know. Our live chat is available if you need help at any stage.

Welcome to this quick guide on how to upload documents to your Motor-Vision Insurance account.
From time to time, our customer service team may ask you to provide supporting documents, such as proof of No Claims Discount, proof of address, or evidence of parking facilities, such as a garage.
You can upload all of these quickly and securely through your insurance account. Let’s take a look at how to do it.
Once logged in, your dashboard will show all your active policies. Select the policy you need to upload documents for. You will then see that there is an ‘Action needed’ notification in the ‘Outstanding documents’ section. Click on this section
On this page, if you click more info, you will see a description of what is required and the accepted file formats, such as image files and pdf documents.
Click “Select File” to upload your documents. You’ll then need to find the correct file on your device, this may be in your photos, downloads, or documents folder. Select the file to add it to your upload.
You can choose more than one file at a time (for example, if you need to send photos of the front and back of your driving licence, you can select both photos in the same upload).
Once your file is selected, it will display in the window, then click ‘upload documents.’ After the upload is complete, you’ll see a confirmation message letting you know your document has been submitted successfully.
Our team will review it and get back to you, normally within 24 hours during our operating hours. If there’s anything we still need, or if the document isn’t quite right, our admin team will email you or send another notification to your insurance account so you can upload a new version.
